Custom made products can not be returned as they were custom made for you according to the specifications you provided and subject to the manufacturers return policy.

Order Modifications & Cancellations
Orders placed with Sexy Lingerie - All About Romance may be cancelled at any time. However any order cancelled after 24 hours from the time it was placed will be accessed a 20% cancellation fee in some cases. Orders that are cancelled after we have already shipped: It will be Clients responsibility for return shipping, original shipping will not be refundable and credit can not be issued until the items have been returned. Make sure you have included the original packing slip for proper credit. Remember purchases maybe shipped in as little as 4 hours from the time you order from All About Romance©.

Discrete Packaging Package return address states “ Distribution Center ” or "All About Romance" so your purchases are shipped discretely.
Free Shippingon purchases shipped beginning at $100.00 net cost. FREE shipping is for ground shipping.
Estimated Delivery times
We ship to our Clients within 48 to 72 hours of your order being processed (Exception Custom Orders).
US deliveries will take anywhere from 5 – 15 (Alaska , & Hawaii orders up to 15 days) *Business Days to ship depending on availability of products ordered. During holiday seasons shipping times may be delayed do to high volume of packages being handled by the shipping companies. Please plan ahead and order early to insure delivery on time. If an item is back ordered there may be delays in this time frame, but we will always notify you of any delays as soon as possible. We can not be responsible for your order after it is delivered to your address. We will however make an attempt to see that your order was dropped by our shipper..
Backorder Policy
On rare occasions there may be times that the manufacturer doesn't have a particular item in stock that you have ordered. If this happens we will notify you as soon as possible to let you know about the backorder. We will send you an email to notify you what item is on backorder and the approximate shipping date. If we do not hear from you within 24 hours of the email we will leave the item on order for you. If you decide that you do not want to wait for an item just respond to the email and let us know that you do not want to wait. You are not charged for backordered item(s) or you can change the order to a different item. NO additional Shipping Fees will be required on Backordered items. Custom Orders are not considered as back ordered items as they are made specifically for you and are charged for at the time of purchase.
Tax Policy:
California Residents will be charged tax for their purchases at 8.0% as required by law or the current California tax rate. We reserve the right to change this policy without notice. Orders from anywhere else in the USA are tax FREE!
